Building Intelligence Outlook for the Week of July 20

We're here most weeks to we explore recent news related to smart buildings, energy management, operational technology and network security in an effort to understand where the industry is now and to encourage big thinking in bite-sized chunks.

UV might kill COVID-19

IoT secured

With IoT devices developing more and more every day, the desire for them to keep their data secure grows higher. You may be thinking, “is there a way I can keep my devices more secure? Joseph Steinberg, a cybersecurity professional, came up with a way to use the app, still have fun, and keep your data (in this case your life) safe. There's a lesson in here for HVAC somewhere.
