Business Continuity Update

To our valued partners,

As the news around COVID-19 and local government responses change daily, I wanted to get in touch with an update around OTI's business operations. With the Bay Area shelter-in-place order that went into effect yesterday, March 16, OTI employees based in our Concord headquarters are now working remotely and will have limited to no in-person meetings for the time being. However, as a service provider to critical facilities including hospitals, schools and data centers, our technicians do qualify for exemptions and are available to those buildings as needed.

Our teams are used to coordinating across geographic boundaries and our business is equipped with the tools necessary to facilitate remote meetings and collaboration with little interruption to normal operating procedures.

Our goal during these uncertain times is to continue providing our services and solutions with the high degree of quality you trust us to deliver. We are in close contact with our vendors and suppliers to ascertain the status of product needed across our projects. Should any substitutes be needed, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

While these are challenging times, we continue to be fully available to all of our customers. Please let us know if you have any questions about your specific projects.

Take good care,

Clint Bradford
